a beautiful evening

i spend my weekends at home away from the city, i usually travel by train but yesterday evening i missed my train so had to come by bus. While coming by bus we have to cross a small hill Ananthgiri gutta.. it is small but the road uphill is very dangerous and has steep slopes l.. one side is a rocky wall and the other side deep gorge.. people usually hold their breath while the bus goes up. Yesterday the when the bus started going up... everyone knew something is not alright.. at a very dangerous curve the bus stopped moving ahead , it was steep curve and any amount of effort the driver put on the accelerator dint help.. instead it started losing control and was skidding back ... that moment was horrifying, people(even me) ran out of the bus and put rocks behind the bus tyres to stop it from coming back. luckily it is a rocky place and we found many rocks... a small delay wouldve been fatal.. every one got off the bus and then again the driver tried and the bus started creeping uphill.. well the bus went ahead without the passengers and all of us started walking...wondering how close we were to the end , and cribbing about the bad management of buses by apsrtc.

ananthgiri is a beautiful place, the entire region is densely covered with trees.. and the view from top is beautiful... it was sunset time and while walking up i was enjoying the pleasantness of the jungle air ... the sound of it flowing through trees , the chirping of birds... i forgot the fear and tension that we were feeling moments ago..the view below was great , i could see dim lights from two small villages below..and thoroughly enjoyed the walk uphill.

I absolutely fell in love with that moment.. and a strong wish came ..wish that my life partner be with me that moment .. i hold her hand and say ' see life is so beautiful'.
